Drinks to consume and avoid to sleep better at night

Almond milk: Almond milk is rich in sleep-boosting hormones, thus, it makes you fall asleep fast.

Cherry juice: Cherries are rich source of tryptophan and melatonin, which boosts your sleep quality.

Warm milk: Milk contains tryptophan, which boosts melatonin levels and ensures good sleep at night.

Chamomile tea: Chamomile tea cures insomnia and promotes  sleep quality. 

 Peppermint tea: Peppermint tea promotes sleep by lowering gastrointestinal issues and discomfort at night.

Golden milk: Milk, turmeric, and ginger helps promote sleep quality and induce restful sleep.

While drinks like alcohol, coffee, energy drinks and Soda must be avoided at night.
