Craig Ervine and Sean Williams steadied the ship and stitched together a crucial partnership of 71 runs, before the former got out on 30. Sean Williams played a brilliant knock of an unbeaten 60 for his side and helped Zimbabwe to put up some sort of a respectable total of 136 on the board. |
| This has been a pretty good comeback from Zimbabwe after losing early wickets in the Powerplay. The hosts would be a tad disappointed as they gave away some freebies in the end. |

| Right then! Scotland have to get 137 runs from 20 overs and by doing so they will also clinch the T20I series! Zimbabwe, on the other hand, will have to be at their best both with the ball and in the field as it is a do-or-die encounter for them, and they do not have much runs to play with either. |
| The Scottish bowlers were up to the mark once again as all the bowlers stuck to their plans and executed them nicely. Safyaan Sharif was exceptional with the ball but he went wicket-less this time around. The spinners also kept Zimbabwean batters in check and hardly gave any loose balls. Overall, it was a good bowling effort from the hosts, but they would feel that they missed out on a trick after taking crucial wickets upfront. |
