0.4 : 0.4: Daniel Sams to Quinton de Kock, FOUR! This one is in front of square on the leg side. Fullish on the pads, de Kock tucks it in front of square leg. The ball races away for a boundary.
0.5 : 0.5: Daniel Sams to Quinton de Kock, FOUR! Down the ground again. Full and on off and middle, Quinton leans into it and drives it to the left of the bowler, to the long on fence.
1.3 : 1.3: Ravichandran Ashwin to Rohit Sharma, OUT! LBW! The umpire raises his finger straightaway. Rohit Sharma has a detailed chat with de Kock but then bails out at the last minute, on the review. Flatter ball on middle and leg, Sharma looked to clip that on the leg side but misses to get hit on the pads. Ashwin and the keeper appeal for the LBW. The umpire took a bit of time but in the end, raised his finger. 13th duck in the League for Sharma.
1.5 : 1.5: Ravichandran Ashwin to Quinton de Kock, FOUR! What a shot. Flatter ball on off, Quinton camps back and strokes this firmy between cover and cover-point for a boundary.
2.5: Kagiso Rabada to Quinton de Kock, FOUR! Too fine. Slower length ball on off, Quinton de Kock waits for it and swings across the line. Sends it to the deep backward square leg boundary.
3.3 : 3.3: Axar Patel to Quinton de Kock, SIX! He has gone for it and that is the first big one. Full and around off, de Kock hammers it high and well over long on, with the turn. What a shot!
4.3: Anrich Nortje to Suryakumar Yadav, FOUR! Brilliant shot! Fullish and around off, Suryakumar Yadav swings across the line and sends it in the gap between short mid-wicket and square leg for a boundary.
4.4 : 4.4: Anrich Nortje to Suryakumar Yadav, FOUR! Not enough for a six but a four nonetheless. Shortish ball around off, Yadav swings it uppishly towards the mid-wicket fence. It lands on a couple of bounces and trickles into the boundary.
5.4: Ravichandran Ashwin to Suryakumar Yadav, SIX! That is glorious! Beautiful! This time the pause makes no difference. Ashwin bowls it very full and on off. Yadav lofts it over the long off fence for a biggie.
5.6 : 5.6: Ravichandran Ashwin to Suryakumar Yadav, FOUR! So despite three dots, still 11 from the over and end of a brilliant Powerplay for Mumbai. They are 63 for 1 after it. Shorter and outside off, Yadav stays back and pushes it through covers. No chance of stopping that.
6.5 : 6.5: Axar Patel to Suryakumar Yadav, FOUR! He has found the gap nicely. Flatter and outside off, Surya rocks back and cuts it nicely. In the gap between short third man and backward point. A boundary results.
7.2 : 7.2: Ravichandran Ashwin to Suryakumar Yadav, SIX! High and handsome! Floated around off, Yadav gets down and mows a slog sweep over mid-wicket. The ball was high in the air but ended up sailing comfortably over the boundary.
7.4 : 7.4: Ravichandran Ashwin to Quinton de Kock, OUT! CAUGHT! A massive relief for Delhi fans. A good catch from Shikhar Dhawan as well. Tossed up around off, Quinton comes down the track and looked to loft it over long off. However, he does not get his timing right. It goes sky-high in the air near long off. Shikhar settles under it and takes it comfortably.
8.5 : 8.5: Daniel Sams to Suryakumar Yadav, FOUR! CRUNCHED! Short ball, Suryakumar swivels and pulls it handsomely to the deep backward square leg fence. Cracking sound off the bat.
11.3 : 11.3: Anrich Nortje to Suryakumar Yadav, FOUR! That is magnificent from Suryakumar. Brings up his 50, the 4th in this edition. Full and on off, Yadav swings it uppish but safely wide of the diving mid-wicket fielder. The ball races away for a boundary. Disdainful shot.
11.5 : 11.5: Anrich Nortje to Suryakumar Yadav, OUT! TAKEN! Brilliant captaincy from Iyer to shuffle his bowlers. SKY was getting impatient and you could see that. Shortish ball around off, Suryakumar goes for the pull. He does not time it well. It had more of the height but not the distance. It goes straight down the throat of Daniel Sams at fine leg.
12.2 : 12.2: Ravichandran Ashwin to Kieron Pollard, OUT! CAUGHT! Delhi are slowly coming back into this game here. An excellent catch by Kagiso Rabada. Floated on middle, Pollard goes for his typical heave, over the leg side. He wanted to clear the wide long on fence for a maximum but does not time it well. It is falling ahead of Rabada at wide long on but Kagiso runs, puts in a superb dive and takes a good catch, in the end.
14.4 : 14.4: Kagiso Rabada to Ishan Kishan, FOUR! Not timed well but he gets a boundary nonetheless. Short ball, Kishan swivels and pulls at it. He does not time it well. 14.5 : 14.5: Kagiso Rabada to Ishan Kishan, SIX! That is why he is called a pocket dynamo, Ishan Kishan. Short ball around off, Kishan pulls it mercilessly over deep fine leg. It was a huge maximum.
15.2 : 15.2: Anrich Nortje to Ishan Kishan, FOUR! He has got it in the gap. Low full toss on off, Kishan swings across the line. Does well to get it in the gap between mid-wicket and square leg, for a boundary.
15.4 : 15.4: Anrich Nortje to Krunal Pandya, SIX! What about this for a shot! Short ball, Krunal Pandya pulls it well over fine leg. That was a mighty six and it travelled well.
15.6 : 15.6: Anrich Nortje to Ishan Kishan, FOUR! Around the wicket from Nortje, but it does not make a difference. A pacy shortish ball outside off, Ishan did not have to do much. He just steers it wide of the keeper and the pace of the ball does the rest. It races away to the third man fence. 18 off that over.
16.1 : 16.1: Marcus Stoinis to Krunal Pandya, OUT! TAKEN! Good catch by Daniels Sams. But the problem for Delhi is that, the batting might of Mumbai will keep coming. Shortish ball outside off, Krunal looks to slog that over deep point, looking for a biggie. However, he ends up getting it off the toe edge. And when that happens, the ball does not travel far. Straight to Sams at deep backward point.
17.1: Daniel Sams to Hardik Pandya, SIX! Punished! Low full toss on off and middle with the angle from round the wicket, Pandya says thank you, flicks it over fine leg for a maximum.
17.6 : 17.6: Daniel Sams to Ishan Kishan, SIX! Pace on, crunched and six! Good length ball around off, Kishan swings across the line. 18.1 : 18.1: Kagiso Rabada to Hardik Pandya, SIX! Just misses the yorker length, Rabada, and he is made to pay for it. Full and around off, Pandya swings across the line and sends it over the mid-wicket fielder for a biggie.
18.2 : 18.2: Kagiso Rabada to Hardik Pandya, SIX! And another one! Fullish and around off, Pandya powers this one over deep square leg. Bigger than the last one, this.
18.5 : 18.5: Kagiso Rabada to Ishan Kishan, FOUR! In the gap from Ishan Kishan. He moves to the leg side, Rabada follows him with a low full toss, Kishan manages to squeeze it out between cover and mid off and the ball races away for a boundary.
19.3 : 19.3: Anrich Nortje to Hardik Pandya, SIX! PUMPED! Full and outside off, he picks it up from there and sends it packing over wide long on for a biggie.
19.4 : 19.4: Anrich Nortje to Hardik Pandya, SIX! All the way again! Full toss outside off, HP moves to the off side and lofts it well over wide long off. 50 of the partnership comes up as well. Just 21 balls!
19.6 : 19.6: Anrich Nortje to Ishan Kishan, SIX! Mumbai finish in stunning style. Full toss outside off, Ishan Kishan moves a touch to the off side and sends this soaring over deep cover. Gets to his half ton as well, Kishan. What a season he is having! MUMBAI FINISH ON 200/5.
0.2 : 0.2: Trent Boult to Prithvi Shaw, OUT! TAKEN! Prithvi Shaw, not your day today lad. He has been miserable against Boult and that continues. On a length around off, Prithivi hangs his bat outside the line, looking to defend. But the ball takes a faint outside edge and goes to the keeper, who takes it with ease. Delhi are off to the worst possible start.
0.5 : 0.5: Trent Boult to Ajinkya Rahane, OUT! LBW! Well bowled Boult. How good is he with the new ball. A good length inswinger around off, Rahane comes on the front foot and looks to defend but he is done in by the inswing. The ball comes back and hits the front pad. Mumbai appeal for a LBW and the umpire concurs. What a start for Rohit's men!
1.2 : 1.2: Jasprit Bumrah to Shikhar Dhawan, OUT! BOWLED! WHAT A BALL! Three ducks in a row for Dhawan. A searing yorker on the off pole line, Dhawan looks to play at it but misses completely. The off stump is shattered. Delhi are 0/3 now. Mumbai are off to a dream start with the ball.
1.5 : 1.5: Jasprit Bumrah to Marcus Stoinis, FOUR! First runs off the bat and it is a boundary. On the pads, a tad too straight, flicked away to the deep backward square leg boundary.
2.4 : 2.4: Trent Boult to Shreyas Iyer, FOUR! Not a bad shot at all. Full and a hint of inswing towards off, Shreyas Iyer lifts it well wide and over mid on.
2.5 : 2.5: Trent Boult to Shreyas Iyer, FOUR! Gives himself room and gets another boundary now. Shortish ball on top of the stumps, Iyer backs away and lifts it over the in field on the off side. The ball races away to the deep point fence.

3.5 : 3.5: Jasprit Bumrah to Shreyas Iyer, OUT! TAKEN! Iyer finds the fielder to perfection. A good catch from skipper, Rohit Sharma, as well. Fullish and outside off, Shreyas looks to drive again. This time it is uppish and is going just over the cover fielder. Rohit there, leaps and takes a good catch. He judged the travelling ball well. 181 runs in 97 balls still needed for Delhi.
4.4 : 4.4: Krunal Pandya to Marcus Stoinis, FOUR! It was a catch of sorts in fact. Full and around off, Stoinis looks to stroke that over mid on. However, he does not time it well. Hardik Pandya who was at mid on moves a touch to his right and leaps but mistimes his leap. The ball ends up going over him to the long on boundary.
5.6 : 5.6: Nathan Coulter-Nile to Marcus Stoinis, FOUR! What a shot to end the Powerplay! Full and around off, Stoinis lifts it over the bowler's head, to the long off fence. Delhi are 32/4 at the end of the Powerplay and need 169 runs in 84 balls.
7.5 : 7.5: Krunal Pandya to Rishabh Pant, OUT! CAUGHT! Did not hit that well at all. That is actually Pant's strong shot but in this case, he did not stroke that well. Tosses a slower ball around off, Rishabh Pant gets down to slog sweep it but fails to read the slower one well. He strokes it uppishly and straight to Suryakumar Yadav at wide long on, who did not have to move an inch.
8.2 : 8.2: Rahul Chahar to Marcus Stoinis, FOUR! Well played shot. Short ball, Stoinis rocks back and pulls it over the mid-wicket region, for a boundary.

8.6 : 8.6: Rahul Chahar to Marcus Stoinis, SIX! An excellent over for Delhi, 19 off it. Full and well outside off, Stoinis picks it and deposits it over deep cover. Need more of these.
11.3 : 11.3: Krunal Pandya to Marcus Stoinis, FOUR! He is unlucky there, Krunal Pandya. Very full and outside off, Stoinis this time digs it out, wide of the keeper and it races away to the third man fence.
12.1 : 12.1: Rahul Chahar to Marcus Stoinis, SIX! And Stoinis continues to go after him. Short ball, Marcus rocks back and pulls it over wide long on.
12.2 : 12.2: Rahul Chahar to Marcus Stoinis, FOUR! SHOT! Short and wide outside off, Stoinis goes back and cuts it well, between point and backward point, for a boundary. Pierces the gap perfectly.
12.4 : 12.4: Rahul Chahar to Axar Patel, FOUR! Misfield from Kieron Pollard. The least expected amongst all. Full and on off, Axar flicks it to the leg side. It was wide of the man at deep mid-wicket. Pollard, from wide long on, runs to his left and gets there but puts in a sloppy effort. The ball goes through to the boundary.
13.1 : 13.1: Nathan Coulter-Nile to Axar Patel, FOUR! That is a cracking shot. Full and around off, Axar drives it through the covers, well wide of mid off and the ball races away for a boundary.
14.2 : 14.2: Kieron Pollard to Axar Patel, SIX! He has connected that! Fullish ball around off, Axar swings it mightily across the line and sends it well over mid-wicket. 100 up for Delhi. They need many more of these blows though.
14.4 : 14.4: Kieron Pollard to Axar Patel, SIX! There's another one. Full and outside off, Patel hammers it over the bowler's head for a huge six.
15.1 : 15.1: Jasprit Bumrah to Marcus Stoinis, OUT! Cleaned him up! Bumrah delivers again. Stoinis has played well for 65 but he is gone now. Shortish ball on the stumps, Stoinis camps back to defend. But he ends up missing it badly, the ball pitches and seams in sharply and crashes into the stumps. Delhi still need 89 runs in 29 balls.
15.3 : 15.3: Jasprit Bumrah to Daniel Sams, OUT! CAUGHT! Another one for Bumrah. 4/11 from 2.3 overs for him so far. Short ball down the leg side, Sams goes for the pull shot. He does not connect well at it, in fact ends up getting a glove. It lobs to the left of de Kock, who moves there and takes it with ease. They appeal for the caught behind and it is given. A soft dismissal. 89 runs in 26 balls still needed.
18.2 : 18.2: Nathan Coulter-Nile to Axar Patel, SIX! Coulter-Nile has been punished here. Short ball, Axar watches it carefully and pulls it with disdain over deep mid-wicket.
19.2: Kieron Pollard to Kagiso Rabada, FOUR! Short ball, Rabada pulls it wide of deep square leg. The fielder there ran to his left and dived but failed to contain it.
19.3 : 19.3: Kieron Pollard to Kagiso Rabada, FOUR! Some late flourish from Rabada here. Full and outside off, he lifts it over the bowler's head, to his right and the ball storms its way into the long off boundary.
19.5 : 19.5: Kieron Pollard to Axar Patel, OUT! CAUGHT! Rahul Chahar takes a catch and does well to hold onto it, despite the multiple juggles. Every one of the Mumbai players are having a laugh on that. Fullish ball around off, Axar swings across the line, looking for a maximum over wide long on. However he does not time it well, it goes high in the air there. Chahar, who was at deep mid-wicket, runs to his right, gets under the ball. He fumbles, 1, 2, 3....4 times, before managing to hold onto that.
