Right then! We have a chase on our hands as this is a very good total put up by Punjab. Chennai will want to come out and go all guns blazing and they will need to start off well if they are to chase this total down. Their openers have been very shaky and it will be interesting to see how they play this time around. Join us in a bit as we bring you the chase!
The bowling of Chennai was not the best as they struggled to pick wickets and they were attacked by the batters of Punjab throughout the innings. Punjab will be the happier side at the end of the first innings as they have played really well courtesy of yet once again, their explosive openers KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal. Chennai struck just before the first drinks break, as Chawla sent Agarwal back to the pavilion. They never stopped pressing and breathing down on the bowlers of Punjab and they kept playing their strokes throughout the course of their batting. Chennai have had issues with their opening in the starting co
KL Rahul, the Punjab skipper, says that it is hard to be on the losing side for so many games in a row and they will try to come back better in the upcoming games.
