The Kenyan side will be delighted. Probably they will have some regrets, given that PNG were 19/6 at one stage. Emmanuel Bundi broke the back of the opposition, with three wickets in the opening over and at that stage, it looked like even 50 would be difficult. But the 77-run stand between Vanua and Bau gave the total some respectability. Here is the wrecker-in-chief, talking to Dirk Nannes.
Emmanuel Bundi says that he only looked to land it in line of the stumps. Admits that he was surprised to see the ball move so much, given that this was the same pitch which was used yesterday. In the team meeting, Bundi says that they need to restrict PNG to at least under 100. Thanks his teammates for supporting him. On the run chase, Emmanuel says that they will look to chase this down in 10 overs. Then smiles.
