| It did look like 180 could be on the cards and perhaps even 200, when Mark Adair put Dhaliwal down on 68. But he was out immediately and then, Ireland got their chance through the half-open door. Just 32 runs came in the last 5 overs, which is a testimony to their comeback. |

| The Irish were poor with the ball at the start giving away easy runs but came back strongly in the end to give away just 32 runs in the last five overs of the Canadians innings.
