Commentary :
0.0 : Hello and a warm welcome to the coverage of the 3rd and the final T20I of this series. With both the T20I matches going Pakistan's way, they have already clinched the series but will be eyeing a complete whitewash. Bangladesh though will be hoping to end the series on a high and give the home crowd something to smile about in this dead rubber. The two games we witnessed have not been easy wins for the visitors, as they fought till the very end. We can expect the final game to be on a similar tr
After the two games, the Tigers would know how important Shakib Al Hasan, Tamim Iqbal, and Mushfiqur Rahim are to Bangladesh cricket. The hosts have struggled to get runs at the top, the openers, Mohammad Naim and Saif Hassan have managed to put only 4 runs together in two matches and failed to give them the desired start. The Bangladesh seamers have done an impressive job, they have managed to dismiss Babar Azam early in both matches, something we don't see this happening that often, do we?
Pakistan were one of the dominant teams in the Super 12 stage of the recently concluded T20 World Cup and they have continued their dominance in this T20I series too. The bowling has been top-notch in both games with all bowlers chipping in with wickets. The young Mohammad Wasim has also lived up to his billing and provides an extra option to Pakistan for the future. Their batting, on the other hand, was tested in the first game with their prolific openers departing early but the lower middle o

0.2 : Mohammad Nawaz to Najmul Hossain Shanto, Tossed up again, fuller around off, Shanto keeps his one out solidly.
0.3 : Mohammad Nawaz to Najmul Hossain Shanto, That's a quick run and Shanto gets off the mark too. Width now outside off, a touch fuller, punched hard to the fielder at mid off and the batters scamper through for one.
0.5 : Mohammad Nawaz to Mohammad Naim, Flatter again, around middle, nudged to the mid-wicket fielder now.
0.6 : Mohammad Nawaz to Mohammad Naim, That's a solid start by Nawaz, just 2 off his opening over! Around off, fuller, kept out by Naim.

1.1 : Shahnawaz Dahani to Najmul Hossain Shanto, FOUR! Welcome to international cricket Shahnawaz Dahani, says Najmul Hossain Shanto! That was there to be hit and Shanto does not let this chance go by. This is served short, width outside off now, Najmul Hossain Shanto frees his arms and slaps this through point to get the first boundary of the game.
1.2 : Shahnawaz Dahani to Najmul Hossain Shanto, WIDE. Nicely done by the keeper. This time, on a length down the leg side, the tuck is missed and Sarfaraz Ahmed dives to his right and stops the ball.
Shahnawaz Dahani to Najmul Hossain Shanto, Not the best start by Shahnawaz Dahani. Again, there is space given outside off as this is bowled on a shorter length. The slap by Shanto though finds the point fielder.
1.3 : Shahnawaz Dahani to Najmul Hossain Shanto, OUT! BOWLED 'EM! Woah. That was a ripper. Dahani bags his first international wicket in his very first over. He did not start off well but this delivery was top-notch. The young man knows what he wants to do and executes the plan to perfection. A laser-guided near-yorker this time, on the middle pole, Najmul Hossain Shanto is completely undone as he attempts to play across the line and the middle stump is off the ground. Perfect start for Babar's
Shamim Hossain is the new batsman.
1.4 : Shahnawaz Dahani to Shamim Hossain, FOUR! Shamim Hossain begins with a bang. It was served on a length outside off, perfect line and length to play the cover driver and Hossain does so well. Creams it through covers and bags a boundary.

1.6 : Shahnawaz Dahani to Shamim Hossain, Outside off on a length, pushed away to the point fielder. A decent start by Dahani on his debut.
Mohammad Wasim to bowl the third over.
2.1 : Mohammad Wasim to Mohammad Naim, Almost chopped it on, did Naim! Short of a length, slanting across around off, Naim looks to dab it to the off side but only manages an inside edge, back onto his pad. The ball deflects to the off side and the batters scamper through.
2.2 : Mohammad Wasim to Shamim Hossain, On a length on off, pushed away to the cover region.
2.3 : Mohammad Wasim to Shamim Hossain, This length delivery is pushed to covers. Shamim Hossain wants a run but is sent back very quickly.
2.4 : Mohammad Wasim to Shamim Hossain, Served on the pads this time, Shamim Hossain swivels and pulls this through square leg. Looked like it could be two but they settle for just the one.
2.5 : Mohammad Wasim to Mohammad Naim, Misfield and a single! Babar is the culprit this time. On a length on off, pushed to covers now. Azam rushes forward, forgets to pick up the ball though. Seeing this, the batters sneak through for one.

3.1 : Shahnawaz Dahani to Mohammad Naim, A touch short, around off, Naim sways back and taps this to third man for one.

3.5 : Shahnawaz Dahani to Shamim Hossain, FOUR! All the hard work has been undone by Dahani. Poor line and length this time. On the body and a short one too, a swivel and hook from Hossain and the ball ends up in the fine leg fence for a boundary.
3.6 : Shahnawaz Dahani to Shamim Hossain, FOUR! Back-to-back boundaries ruin the over for the debutant. Shorter again, outside off though, Shamim Hossain gently deflects this one past the keeper and beats third man to his right. Again 9 from Dahani's over.
4.1 : Mohammad Wasim to Mohammad Naim, Wasim begins this over with a short delivery, just outside off, no room to play the cut shot but Naim does try to. Misses this time.
4.2 : Mohammad Wasim to Mohammad Naim, Looked to be a couple but only a single here! On the body, on a length, played with soft hands through square leg. They take one, want the other, there is hesitation and in the end, settle for just a single.

4.6 : Mohammad Wasim to Mohammad Naim, Another great over by Wasim, just 2 off this one and just 5 conceded off his two overs so far. No room this time, back of a length, on off, Naim dabs this to point and denies the single.
Haris Rauf to speed in now.
5.1 : Haris Rauf to Shamim Hossain, FOUR! Punished! Not how you want to start if you were Rauf! Too much space outside off again, short in length, muscled by Hossain over cover-point and the ball takes a couple of trickles before going past the rope.
5.2 : Haris Rauf to Shamim Hossain, Around off, defended out by Shamim.
5.3 : Haris Rauf to Shamim Hossain, Quick single! On middle, hit towards the leg side, they scamper for a run. The mid on fielder rushes in, has a shy at the bowler's end but misses.
5.4 : Haris Rauf to Mohammad Naim, Another single in the same direction! On a length on off, pushed to mid on. One more quick run and the shy from the fielder is missed yet again at the non-striker's end.
5.5 : Haris Rauf to Shamim Hossain, A single now as this is nicely clipped through square leg.
5.6 : Haris Rauf to Mohammad Naim, A steady over and Bangladesh are 33/1 at the end of the Powerplay. On a good length, around off and middle, pushed to mid on for a quick single again.

19.6 : Haris Rauf to Mahedi Hasan, OUT! Run out on the final ball! A near-yorker around off, at 92.8 mph, Mahedi drills it down to long on and takes a single. It was a slow start for Bangladesh in this game. For the first time in three matches, Bangladesh lost just one wicket in the Powerplay, however, they managed only to post 33 runs on the board. Shanto was the first victim as he fell cheaply to a beauty by debutant, Shahnawaz Dahani. Mohammad Naim was the top scorer for the hosts in the innings. Naim, along with Shamim Hossain and Afif Hossian tried getting things under control by hitting some biggies and taking on the spinners, Usman Qadir in p

Credit to Usman Qadir too, as although he was a tad bit expensive, he managed to pick up important scalps of Afif Hossain and Shamim Hossain as they were looking dangerous. All in all, a different day but the same story. Pakistan will look for that clean sweep in the second innings.
Right then. 125 needed to complete the whitewash for Pakistan.
