The Shanghai Tower is the second tallest building in the world, standing at approximately 2,073 feet high; and it's still under construction. Although the tower dominates the Shanghai skyline towering over the rest, the building still doesn't scare Vitaliy Raskalov and Vadim Makhorov. Watch as the two daredevils climb through the clouds wielding a GoPro camera, with no safety gear whatsoever and achieve what can only be categorised as the most epic of high fives.
