A truly dominating performance by the visitors in this 5th Test at the Oval. They have been the dominating side for all the past three days. Excellent performances with the ball, bat as well as in the field, saw them be the superioir side.

Retiring captian Micheal Clarke had earlier said that he wants his team to put a spirited performance, which the team have definitely done.

Alstair Cook was the lone star for England on day 3 with a good knock of 85.

England are forced follow-on and are on the verge of an innings defeat.

That's it from the Oval. A consolation victory for the visitors as they defeat England by an innings and 46 runs. Siddle ending things for the day. Moeen Ali is caught behind. A good farewell to captain Micheal Clarke as he is handed his last Test victory.

So a hint of showers in the Oval has caused the game to stop.

England are 258-8 and trail by 74 runs with 2 wickets in hand.

End of 93 overs, England are 252-8. Moeen Ali and Stuart Broad on the crease, the former on 12 (30b) and the latter on 10 (20b). Australia need just two wickets to win. Although they have already lost the series, they play this match as a good farewell to their outgoing captain, Micheal Clarke.

England trail by 80 runs with 2 wickets remaining.
