If Umesh Yadav's two wicket burst in the first over helped KKR on their way, then their spin army led by Brad Hogg strangulated the SRH batsmen.

A great effort from KKR which saw them overcome loss of crucial wickets and reach a competitive total.
If Robin Uthappa and gautam Gambhir went hammer and tongs early on then fine knocks from Manish Pandey and Yusuf Pathan ensured that KKR have a total to defend here.
As for SRH, apart from Karn Sharma (2 for 29) none of the bowlers were economical enough and leaked away runs in the end.
