As both Joe Root and Alastair Cook continue to grow in confidence, England have reached 82/2 in 17 overs. We might finally have a competitive ODI on our hands.
England have slowed down slightly after the second wicket. They are now 67/2 after 14 overs. Alastair Cook seems to be slowly growing in confidence, he has reached 37 off 48 balls.
Meanwhile, it has been revealed that BCCI has offered Ravi Shastri Rs 1.5 crore per annum + perks in his contract.
