Full-time at the Stamford Bridge and it ends all square. John Terry's opening goal was cancelled out by Gerrard just before half-time. The visitor's showed much content in the second half but couldn't break the Chelsea defence. The Red's have to win their remaining two games and hope for United to loose their remaining two for a Champions League qualification spot. As for Chelsea, they are just waiting for the final day for an even bigger and grand celebration.

90' The assistant referee signals for four minutes of added time.

86' Liverpool again look to get that winner in the dying minutes of the game. A shot by Ibe is deflected but falls in for Courtois.

84' SUBSTITUTION. Jose Mourinho too makes his final change, the January signing Cuadrado comes in for Remy.

82' YELLOW CARD FOR FILIPE LUIS. Luis is booked for pulling back Ibe.

79' SUBSTITUTION. Liverpool making their final substitution, Lucas Leiva replaces Gerrard.

43' GERRAAAAARDDDDDD!!! The Liverpool legend brings his side on  level terms. Again from a set piece. A free kick is whipped in by Henderson, an unmarked Gerrard pounces on the ball to haed it into the back of the net. 1-1 at the Bridge.

37' SUBSTITUTION. Sad end for Zouma's evening as he his replaced due to an injury. Gary Cahill comes on.

22' THAT COULD HAVE BEEN THE EQUALISER. Gerrard puts in a brilliant lob through ball to Lambert, who just gets his feet to it. Courtois is quick to make a block, but it was judged offside anyways.

20' YELLOW CARD TO LALLANA. First booking for Liverpool as Lallana gets a yellow.

16' Sterling goes wide. Can dribbles past the defenders after intercepting a pass from Hazard to Fabregas. He passes to Sterling before the England international unleashes a strike from 25 yard out, but wide of target.

8' Meanwhile, the prevoius fixture resulted in a 6-0 rout of OPR by Manchester City. With that loss, QPR are surely relegated.

6' That goal makes John Terry the highest scoring defender of all time in EPL. 39 goals to him.

5' FABREGAS WITH THE ASSIST.

5' GOOOAAALLLAAZZOOOO!!!! The Captain opens the scoring. A decent move by Chelsea ends up in a corner. The resultant set-piece is put in by Fabregas, which is headed away by Terry into the back of the net. 1-0 to the home side.

Liverpool won't expect League winners Chelsea to go easy on them. The Red's come to Stamford Brigde with a turbulent form, winning two, losing two and drawing one of their previous five fixtures. As for Chelsea, they haven't lost a single game of their previous ten PL fixtures, winning eight and drawing the other two.

The Champions have a number of injured players including Diego Costa, Oscar and Ramires. But the side still looks solid with Hazard, Fabregas and Willian strong in attack.

Italian forward, Mario Balotelli returns from injury, but is not expected to make it to the starting lineup. Mamadou Sakho remains out with a hamstring injury.
