Yahoo releases an updated Flickr App for iPad

If you spend a better part of your day browsing or uploading your photos on to Flickr, there's a new iPad app that should make the experience more fun and intuitive. 

The app is designed to deliver a better experience with iOS 8 (and it requires a mandatory updated to the new OS) as you capture, enhance, and explore photos across the Flickr universe (supposedly 10 billion photos and counting). New in the app is a revamped camera with better capabilities such as an updated set of editing tools, live filters that enable photo-editing in real time, and the ability to record and post HD video. Image size uploads limits have also been bumped up to three million pixels per photo.

If you already have Flickr on your iOS device, you should be able to update it directly from the app store. If you're a new user, it's worth trying out: hit the app store .
