Love gadgets but don’t obsess about them: Shazahn Padamsee

Young actor Shazahn Padamsee, who is gearing up for her next release Housefull 2, talks about her love for gadgets but clarifies that it is nowhere close to obsession. She says, “Yes, I do like gadgets but I don’t obsess about them. For me it’s more of a day to day, as per need required, element which helps me ease up my life. At present, you can’t really think of living without gadgets. Yes, you require them, you use them every day and they suit your life. But, I don’t want it to dictate and get a hold of my life.”

Shazahn adds that her favourite gadget has to be her Blackberry Bold 2 phone. “I simply love my Blackberry.” Apart from the phone, Shazahn can’t stop raving about the newly acquired gizmo that simply blows her mind. “I recently bought the ipad 2. I believe tablets are the way to go in this modern world. And ipads are something that you can’t live without. It has so many features and applications.” Though the actor is not that net-savvy, she loves exploring new applications. “My friends download them (aaplications) for me and use them. I love the ‘photo-booth’ application.” The actor is also into chic accessories. She says, “I have nice accessories for my phone. Those feminine phone-cases of different colours you see in the shops... and I use them according to my mood. Different colours for how I am feeling on that particular day.”  

She reveals that one gadget she can’t live without is the Bose speakers. “The clarity is simply excellent! The sound quality is to die for. And no wonder the headphones don’t come cheap — they’re so expensive. But one cannot live without them. It’s a must have for all music lovers.”
