iPad applications introduced for fitness regime

The FitnessClass app for iPad offers on-demand classes with endless options, from aerobics to kickboxing, reported Fox News.

It offers 230 fitness classes by PumpOne, personal trainers, and a collection of the world's elite fitness instructors.

Classes can be chosen according to the individual's goals, the amount of time one has to fit in a workout, the type of workout needed or equipment, and more.

One can even workout on their own music, and Apple’s AirPlay technology allows the instructor videos on TV.

If less guidance is preferred and one wants to let loose outdoors or on the treadmill, the BeatBurn app, made for runners and walkers alike, can offer some motivation during the workout.

BeatBurn chooses music from the individual's playlist to match the beat of their feet by using software maker lolo's beat snyc technology. Beat-sync analyses the tempo of the music and then selects the best songs to fit the intensity of the workout.
