Infotech major Wipro has signed an agreement to acquire Yardley business in Asia, Middle East and certain African markets for US$45.5 million from the UK based Lornamead group.
The transaction is expected to complete by mid December. Lornamead retains the Yardley business in Europe and America, a press release said.
