Supreme Court today stayed tribunal order directing Sahara group to pay back around Rs 17.4 crore to its investors.
The court directed Sahara group to file affidavit showing assets and liabilities of the company before January 8.
The affidavit will tell how the company will protect the investors who have put their money in it, it said.
