Reliance Capital to buy 18% in Bloomberg UTV

Reliance Capital, part of billionaire Anil Ambani's conglomerate, said on Wednesday it agreed to buy 18 percent in Bloomberg UTV, a business news channel.                                           

Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.                                           
Bloomberg UTV is a partnership between news and financial data publisher Bloomberg LP and the founders of UTV, an Indian media and entertainment group.
