Power trader PTC India Ltd said on Wednesday its subsidiary PTC India Financial Services Ltd has filed regulatory application for its initial public offering of shares.
No other details were provided in the statement to the BSE.
It aims to launch the IPO in the fiscal year to March 2011 by selling 127.5 million new shares.
