Pearl GTL project to begin this year: Qatar oil ministry

Royal Dutch Shell promoted gas-to-liquid (GTL) plant in Qatar will be commissioned by the end of this year and its second phase will start by the end of next year, Qatar Oil Minister Abdullah al-Attiyah said on Monday.
