Meru Cabs, a leading radio cab service provider, has named Rajesh Puri as chief executive officer (CEO) of the company.
Puri will be responsible for driving the company's strategy, expanding existing businesses and seeking out new business opportunities. Puri will be based out of Mumbai, a statement said here today.
Earlier, Puri had worked with Airtel, Electrolux, Whirlpool, Godrej Boyce and ONGC.
Meru Cab, a world-class radio taxi service was launched in Mumbai in association with India Value Fund.
Currently, there are close to 3,800 Meru Cabs operating pan-India.
