Lakshmi Vilas Bank raises deposit rates

Lakshmi Vilas Bank (LVB), today said that it has raised its deposit rates on select tenures, effective May 9.
       
Interest rates on deposits of a period of 46-90-days have been increased from 4.25% to 6%, the bank said in a statement here.
       
For a period of above five years, the interest rate has been increased to 9% from the existing 7%, the statement said.
