With a big share of the pie in the market with 14 sales and service outlets, G3 Motors focuses on customer satisfaction.

“Market reach and customer satisfaction has been our sole focus in the growth trajectory. Usually customers do not want to travel more than 30 km for buying cars. Therefore, we are wherever we are needed. Over the last five years, we have tapped into the market at strategic locations,” said Atul Singhal, CEO, G3 Motors Ltd.

Singhal said that being associated with a brand whose products are in the waiting list helps. “We also offer a range of services from new and pre-owned car sale, finance and insurance
options, accessories, repair and services for Mahindra, body workshops, accident repairs and exchange options. This makes us a one-stop shop option for loyal Mahindra customers,” he further said. Speaking about the range of stylish utility vehicles on offer,  Singhal said “The newly launched in-house SUV from Mahindra, XUV 500 has been a hot favourite with the
customers which has further boosted our confidence for the future.”

So what has been the catalyst for growth? “Any retail industry is more about manpower than just infrastructure. And that is where our priorities lie. Our skilled staff undergoes constant training to upgrade their knowledge. They are well aware of the pulse of the
market and are prepared for any eventuality.”

Not to be left behind in the age of digital technology, the group uses social media networks to interface with their customers. “Last but not the least, we invest a lot in our after sales services and organise high-profile events keeping our customers’ interests in mind. We recently organised ‘Men in Black’ and a cooking competition on Women’s Day for which we received a good
response. This goes a long way in maintaining a long-term bond with our customers who are like our extended family,”  he said.

With the customer at the forefront of every activity planned, G3 Motors Ltd has become an invaluable dealership to Mahindra &
Mahindra. The parent company has honoured the dealership with a pan-India excellence award to celebrate their contribution to the company’s growth in the past few years.
