Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd has set a price band of Rs162-175 a share for its initial public offering (IPO) issue that opens for subscriptions on July 5, it said in a newspaper advertisement.
Hindustan Media Ventures, a unit of newspaper publisher HT Media, plans to raise Rs2.7 billion through the IPO.
Edelweiss Capital and Kotak Mahindra Capital are book running lead managers for the issue.
