Institutional buyers have bid for 1.47 times the shares on offer for them in state-owned Coal India's initial public offering to raise up to $3.5 billion, chairman Partha Bhattacharyya said on Tuesday.
The company expects the issue to get fully covered by today or tomorrow, Bhattacharyya said.
