The Supreme Court today will hear Mukesh Ambani-run RIL's and Anil Ambani-led RNRL's petitions on the gas dispute between the two firms.
A bench headed by chief justice KG Balakrishnan tagged the petitions of the two companies for hearing.
Last week RIL moved the apex court, challenging the Bombay High Court order that asked it to supply 28 mmscmd of gas to RNRL at USD 2.34 per mmbtu.
Reliance Industries Ltd in its appeal had alleged that the High Court had erred in deciding the three terms -- quantity, tenure and price of gas supply -- to power plants of RNRL affiliates.
Reliance Natural Resources Ltd had also moved the Supreme Court seeking modification in the Bombay High Court order to make binding the gas supply from RIL.
