Mid size IT firm Allied Digital Services Ltd said on Tuesday it has entered into a joint venture (JV) with Singapore-based e-Cop to increase its presence in the managed security services market.
Allied Digital said it will hold 80% in the JV, while e-Cop, which provides managed risk and information security services to business enterprises and governments, will own 20%.
At 12.52 pm, shares of Allied Digital were up 2.7% at Rs178.60 in a choppy Mumbai market.
