Aditya Birla Minacs launches delivery centre in Philippines

Aditya Birla Minacs, a global business solutions provider (subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo), today announced the inauguration of its second delivery centre at Makati City in the Philippines.
  
The 3,000 square metre facility, with 600 seats, is the latest addition to the company’s global delivery network, it said in a statement.
  
At this centre, Minacs would be hiring 500 employees over the next few months. The employee strength at this facility would further grow to over 1,000 employees over this fiscal year, the statement said. Both the Minacs facilities in the Philippines currently service clients across the telecom, technology and healthcare verticals, it said.
  
Milind Godbole, president-Asia Pacific at Aditya Birla Minacs, said, “The Philippines has emerged as a strong hub due to its capable and varied talent pool, close cultural and business affinity with North America, state-of-the-art infrastructure and active government support."
  
This facility in Makati City would offer multi-lingual customer service capabilities to the company’s clients in the telecom and technology verticals, it said.
