The Aditya Birla Group's cement production in April this year increased 6.75% at 33.95-lakh metric tonnes as against 31.81-lakh metric tonnes during April '09.
Dispatches rose 6.19% at 33.80-lakh metric tonnes in April vis-a-vis 31.83-lakh metric tonnes in the corresponding period last year, a press relese issued here today stated.
