Total fitness is about...
This book is the perfect guide for anyone looking to get fit the right way. To achieve complete fitness, it is important for people to be informed about their misconceptions; to assess their actual strength and fitness before starting out, to find their comfort zone and push beyond it. The book also educates people about posture analysis and body types, which help in improving one's body image. In short, this book is the lifestyle management mission statement of Leena Mogre.

Size zero is...
Unhealthy, created by the media.

The best compliment you've ever received
On the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi, when one of my son's friends said, "I don't know whether to do namaskar or say 'Hi' or 'What's up?' because you look so young!

What is your exercise regimen like?
I cross-train a lot. Weight training is my base workout, which I do thrice a week. On other days, I do power yoga, kickboxing, TRX, functional athletic training, Crossfit, sports training and stretching for 20 minutes after every workout.

If you woke up one morning to find yourself weighing 100 kg, you would...
I would never reach that stage. Everyone has clothes that don't fit them. I have a 20-year-old pair of jeans, but I still fit into them.

You draw inspiration from...
Jane Fonda, Rachel Mclish and especially JK Rowling, who said, "Rock bottom was my solid foundation".

Foods you find irresistible
Sweets. I don't have a sweet tooth. You can say I have a sweet jaw.

How often do you binge, and what do you binge on?
I don't binge as such, as I have my regular dose of sweets when I feel like. I have a healthy affair with food.

What is your diet routine?
Early morning: Coconut water or neem juice on an empty stomach.
Breakfast: Sabudana khichdi, poha, dosa and idlis (my hubby prepares Sunday breakfast).
Mid morning: Fruits (seasonal).
Lunch: Bajra roti, sabzi, curd/chaas.
Mid evening: Soya bhurji/ soya cutlets.
Dinner: Salad and soups. I love veggies in all forms.

What makes you happy?
Besides trying different exercise routines, spending time with my family and having fun with them makes me happy.

What do you do when you don't feel motivated to work out?
I just imagine not fitting into my 20-year-old jeans. If I can't wear the clothes I love, then I would think 'Why did I start this at all?'.

Your message through the book is...
My message through the book is 'Make fitness your lifestyle'. Make small changes in your lifestyle and that will help you a long way. That's how we help our clients at all our gyms.

One myth about fitness that drives you up the wall
'I diet, go for walks and lose weight; I don't do weight training'. In fact, our method of weight training will help you build lean muscle, which in turn will increase your basal metabolic rate, and eventually burn calories even at rest.

If not a fitness expert, you would be...
A traveller.
