Designer diary: Cut it out

Last week has been all about the budget, budget, budget that added taxes to every thing. So, I have decided to cut down on all things to make ends meet. Make the boss (Salman Khan) wear only shorts and go shirtless, thus we save on buying more material. Also have decided to cut down on eating out, and eat only home-cooked meals.

The cook will have to learn how to make Chinese, Continental, Japanese, (sushi) and Thai etc. So will be saving on service tax. I will buy the house in my niece’s name as a first-time buyer gets 50 lakhs off.

Also, changes needed in the commuting department. Instead of being driven around, I will start driving a CNG auto rickshaw on free days, so I can make extra money. Watching movies is also more expensive now so I will watch films on Netflix. Instead of going on holidays, I will stay at the weekend homes of all my friends and my boss. Who can afford to fly off to weekends now?

So, no more designer clothes only designer diary (applause please). And listen up, all you socialites, no more expensive bags. I guess now it will be first copy (read fake) zindabad. But I do hope that at least  someone is going to benefit from this budget.

Anyway, no more fretting over the budget. I have to do a chappal ad with the boss and a song sequence for Sultan. And then I am starting with the film Ali from the 11th. Hopefully no budget cuts (oops I did it again) here or else will have to call Mallika Sherawat to my rescue  as she is the only one who can carry of the least amount of clothes.
