IPL 2017: Andrew Tye swings GL back to winning ways with easy victory over RCB

It's a dominating win for the away side as Gujarat picked up an easy 7 wicket victory with 37 balls to spare. Suresh Raina's men never let RCB breathe right from the word go and were exceptional in all the three departments - batting, bowling and fielding. 

Andrew Tye spearheaded Gujarat's bowling and dismissed RCB for a paltry total. Coming to the second innings, there was no way RCB could find a way back into the game as Finch smacked their bowlers to all corners of the park. 

While for the home captain, they have themselves to blame for another disappointing performance. A lot has been said about their bowling depth, but it's their batting that has let them out for most of the occasions. This loss, however, doesn't mean they're completely out. Kohli's men will have to learn from their lessons and put up consistent performances if they were to make it into the semi-finals. 

Meanwhile, Andrew Tye has been adjuded man of the match for his exceptional figures of 12-3 in 4 overs.

Another disappointing batting performance by the home side . Their top 3 of Gayle, Kohli and de Villiers failed once again that failed to get their foot going. Jadhav came up with a breezy cameo but got out with a poor shot selection. Other than him, the was no one who could get RCB back into the game

GL did everything possible to not let RCB get away. They performed well with the ball and also on the field, with crucial dives and exceptional catches. Spearheaded by Andrew Tye, the GL bowlers ripped apart the RCB batsman to ensure they have a comfortable total to chase.

RCB have problems with the bat which was clearly evident when they got all-out to KKR for just 49 runs. GL on the other hand are coming off from a defeat to the Kings XI Punjab are struggling with the ball while still figuring out the right balance for the side.

Captains of both the teams, Virat Kohli and Suresh Raina have made their way out to the middle. 

GL WIN THE TOSS AND ELECT TO BOWL! Raina says it's because of the dew factor. Three changes for the GL - Shivil Kaushik, Dwayne Smith and Akshdeep Nath are replaced by Ishan Kishan, James Faulkner and Ankit Soni.

RCB have made two changes - Travis Head and Aniket Choudhary come in place of Tymal Mills who is out due to a niggle and Stuart Binny.
