What is your job like?
Full of challenges. It is fun to meet people on a daily basis. The job is all about innovation and ideas that help you survive in the industry.

What does your secretary think about you?
No comment.
 
What's the smartest idea you have ever had?
I always believe in innovation by giving a local flavour to the existing cuisine and ambience that matches the city I am present in. One such idea is introducing a Gujarati chef at the property.

The most embarrassing?

 I don't remember any at the moment.

Who has been your biggest influence?
 My wife undoubtedly. I would have quit the industry if not for her support.
 
How important is money?

Well, Money is very important. As you grow in life, your lifestyle changes. You want bigger things. But, of course, money is not the only factor for happiness.
 
What is your most important work ethic or maxim that you practice every day?
Meeting deadlines and managing time is very important.

Has your personal life suffered due to work?
It did initially. But now it is smoother and more settled. When we start our career, we tend to put in more effort until we are recognised in our industry, isn't it?

How do you want to be remembered by your colleagues?
Team motivator, who believes in adhering to his own commitments.

What are your working hours?
10-12 hours a day.

What is the most valuable memento in your office?
Well, nothing as such. It's a new office. But yes, I have a photograph of the first team I worked with.

Does retirement scare you?
Not at all. There are phases in life. It's the time when you dedicate hours to your family.

Have you ever been tempted to start on your own?
That is something which is always in my mind. But I guess, it is too early for that.

What do you hate the most at work?
I don't hate anything . In fact, I love my work and enjoy facing challenges.

How do you unwind?
With really close friends and  family.
