"Even after this lawlessness following the blasts, we are ready for the rally," announces BJP's Rajiv Pratap Rudy. "Narendra Modiji will address rally shortly," he states.
Questions have been raised on security preparations of Bihar police as 8 blasts rip Gandhi maidan and patna station. One dead, and at least five have been left injured in Patna ahead of Narendra Modi's rally, says sources.

Arun Jaitley addresses the Hunkaar rally. He says,"There is a wave of change and those who are unable to understand this wave of change will be washed away with it."
Rajnath Singh remenisces of BJP's time in the governement. "Congress has ruled for so many years, it has increased unemployment, poverty in the nation, these are Congress's achievements. that was not the case during the BJP rule."
He further adds, "We are a party of justice and humanity, and not of communal and religious sentiments."
People of Bihar are not opportunistic...however, there are some exceptions, says Narendra Modi addressing the crowd.
"This 'Hunkar' is the hunkar of crores of people of Bihar which has started from Bihar. Whenever the country has needed anything, Bihar has fulfilled it. It gave Gautam Buddha, Bhagwan Mahavir and 10th Guru Govind Singh ji. It also gave Jaiprakash Narayan to the country, says Modi.
He then asked people to chant after him – Hunkar bharo, Hunkar bharo," says Modi.
Modi narrates incidences dealing with Lalu Yadav. Says even though Yadav has been very opposed to him, Modi still wished him well during his accident few months ago.

Modi urges the crowd to hold the governement accountable for betraying them.
Directly address the Congress and says, "You feel bad when I call Rahul Gandhi Shezaada, but I feel bad when you wrong us. Stop dynastic politics and I will stop calling him Shezaada""
Modi attacks the Congress government and asks the people, "They promised to erase poverty and unemployment but it has been a decade and there have been no changes. The same is true for Ganga clean up project; despite promising the government hasn't delivered on it."
In an attempt to connect to the poorer sections of his crowd, Modi recalls his days of adversity. He says, "The leaders at the government have no clue what poverty is. they believe that Rs 12 is enough to survive. I, on the other hand, come from a poor background. And I know how difficult it is to deal with minimum resources."
Accuses the government of communal disharmony. He says, "When Congress came to power they divided people on caste lines. If we want to take Bihar forward we need to unite people, bring ppl of all religions,caste,creed together."
This rally is not just historic, but it will also lay foundation stone for a new future. Development is our motto.
He aslo informed the crowd that Bihar BJP has asked the government for 50 crore for development of the state.
Addresses the issues of managing the money for the Haj yatra by Muslim. He takes the opportunity to point out that the Muslims in Gujrat (Kutch) are the most happiest.
He then asked the Hindus and Muslims in the crowd if they want to fight each other or if they want to poverty. the crowd answered unanimously, "Poverty!"
Concluded the speech with his now usual statement, "Government has but one religion, India and one holy book, the constitution."
Massive preparations have been undertaken to make sure that the Gujarat Chief Minister's first rally in the state post the split of the BJP and the JD(U) is a huge success.
