Empty vessels make the loudest noise says Sonia Gandhi while targetting BJP and Narendra Modi

At a rally in Haryana, Sonia Gandhi made a scathing attack on Narendra Modi led BJP by raising questions on black money swindled in Swiss banks and BJP's promises to bring them back. She attacked BJP by stating that empty vessels make the loudest noise thereby taking a jibe at Modi's strong oratory skills.

Sonia targetted BJP government for its inability to bring down inflation. But, after the Modi regime came to power at the Centre, GDP has risen and as per estimates by Asian Development bank and Economic surveys, this number is set to rise or manage to remain stable.
