Causes:
Steroid intake when gymming, self medication with drops especially pyrimon, indiscriminately using pyrimon, drugs used for asthma and arthritis etc

Steroids can also cause glaucoma (increases in eye pressure and damaging the optic nerve) which causes irreversible blindness, vision that is lost can’t be brought back but it can be prevented from spreading
