There is something to be learnt from track records, especially of a director whose films are consistently struggling to get out of the cans. Ajay Chandhok is one such director. Team – The Force was launched in 2003. It releases in June 2009. You can see how dated the film is from the defunct models of cell phones used.

A trio of irritation Raj (Sohail Khan, surprisingly the most tolerable of the cast), Yash (Yash Tonk who insists on wearing make up and taking off his shirt) and Jassi (Vrajesh Hirjee as sardar) are down-on-their-luck aspiring musicians. They find themselves entangled with the underworld when they try to save their benevolent landlord from the clutches of a greedy Raman bhai (Sayaji Shinde).

A convoluted plan, which includes kidnapping the bhai’s sister Rhea (Amrita Arora) and teaching the crook a lesson, unfolds. People are bashed up; the bhai loses his thunder. The landlord gets his house back. Raj gets Rhea and the audience gets a headache. This is the perfect film for taking a nap in the cinema and enjoying AC comfort, if the screaming and amplified sound design let you.
