Why is Pan Nalin sorry?

Acclaimed film director Pan Nalin, who stormed into the international film scene with his acclaimed film Samsara, has sent an ‘apology’ to everybody in his mailing list.

The director recently found to his horror that a so-called social network site has used his Gmail ID to promote their social networking site.

Now, everybody in the mailing list of this Paris-based Indian director received a mail saying that Pan is building a network of friends and you need to register in a particular site or else ‘Pan Nalin would think that you have said no’.

The director’s assistant in Paris, Marinne, on February 5th morning sent out an email to everybody confirming that the director’s mail box has been hacked, “Please note that it seems some network named infoaxe.net has been sending out SPAM emails using Pan Nalin’s name through his gmail account. We just want to inform you that this is not initiated by Nalin and it has nothing to do with us.”

Regrettably, the spam went out to all of Pan’s work and media contacts. “Whomsoever has hacked his privacy causing inconvenience to all of you is truly regrettable. Please ignore any kind of Pan Nalin request from “feed share” or any similar socialsing network,” the mail stated.

It is still not known whether Pan is mulling any action against the social networking site.
