Why is John Abraham abusing people?

Actor John Abraham has just returned from a birthday break in the US, where he even brought in his New Year. But while, post their jaunts abroad, most actors usually tend to flaunt a twang of the foreign accent, our desi boy however has apparently been shocking everyone by talking in a tapori language! According to sources, the actor’s friends who swear by his gentlemanly ways are shocked to hear him swear in absolute Bambaiyya language.

“We almost died when we heard John speak in a pure Bambaiyya language. He was so fluent that it felt like he has always been talking in that language, but we were shocked to hear words like ‘aapun’ and ‘jaarela hai’ from him. What was even more shocking was that we’ve never heard him abuse, but here he was abusing like it’s most natural for him to mouth those words. Of course, he still minds his language in front of his lady friends, but otherwise he’s talking like a proper tapori,” shares a friend of the actor.

However, another source close to John reveals the real reason behind the actor’s sudden transformation. “John will soon begin shooting for Sanjay Gupta’s Shootout At Wadala, in which he plays a dreaded gangster Manya Surve. He’s never done anything like this before and guess, he’s only getting used to the language that he’ll have to speak when he plays the infamous gangster of the 70s.”

But ask John about revealing his Bambaiyya side and he laughs. “Well, being a hardcore Mumbai, that too a Bandra boy, it’s hard not to feel at ease talking in Bambaiyya language. As a Mumbaiikar, one just grows up ingraining that language and it comes easy. I can speak the language fluently, but abusing needs to be brushed up,” he joked.

A far cry from his suave Dostana or hunky Desi Boyz avatar, John says that’s the whole fun in being an actor. “Sure I did play a contract killer in Karam, but this one is an out and out gangster role, far more in your face,” he says.
