Who is Preeti Desai chatting with online?

Model-turned-actor Preeti Desai who is set to make her Bollywood debut soon, is apparently not feeling too well these days. And the reason for actor Abhay Deol’s girlfriend’s not so high spirits, says a source, is not because she is nervous about how her film will be received but because she is missing her family in the UK.

The source said that Desai feels low whenever she remembers her family members and even more so when she thinks about her pet dogs — a Yorkshire terrier and a German shepherd. And whenever Desai flies to the UK, she makes sure that she keeps aside a lot of time to play with her furry friends. “Preeti Desai is in constant touch with her family, through video calls and the like. But most of her time is spent making cute faces, chatting with her dogs. That really lifts her spirits up,” said the source who is a close friend of the model-turned-actor.

Guess what Desai's up to, when she’s not missing her dogs. Apparently she is most likely to be found enjoying a large sandwich at a popular south Mumbai leisure cafe-cum restaurant. “That is where she takes her foreign friends for an afternoon chill too,” revealed the source.
