U2 rocker The Edge has accorded the band's success to the members' 'mysterious' tuning with each other onstage.

The guitarist said he was able to make the mark in the music industry along with frontman Bono, bassist Adam Clayton and drummer Larry Mullen Jr. because they can foresee each other's antics while performing even without making contact.

"I'm acutely aware of what Adam, Larry and Bono are doing, whether or not we catch each other's eyes," Contactmusic quoted him as saying.

"It's like some part of dance. There's an element of which is much more mysterious, which is the way the magic happens to be working that night. And you're only a small part of that," he added.

The group are presently on their '360 Degrees' tour and are due to soon perform in London's Wembley Stadium.
