Twitter takes a dig at SRK detention incident

Following news of actor Shah Rukh Khan being detained at the New York airport by immigration officials for over two hours, the Twitter world was buzzing with its own versions of the story. Shah Rukh who was traveling to Yale to deliver a lecture at the University, was in a privet jet with Nita Ambani and on arrival, Khan was stopped and was given immigration clearance only after about two hours.

On an earlier occasion as well, SRK was detained at the Newark airport in New Jersey because of his last name. At that time, a lot of jokes were made over the issue and this time too, looks like it is the same story.

@diogeneb: KJo’s next movie (starring SRK, obviously) - Y(eh) A(nokha) L(astname) E(xperience)

@jayhind: SRK is more pissed-off for the fact that he has no film releasing soon and the publicity he got for detention is going waste.

@thetanmay : SRK: Don ko pakadna mushkil hi Nahi... | US Security : LOLLLLLLZZZZZ

@coolfunnytshirt: KJo to #SRK : “Lets cash-in on the detention thing! Should we make ‘Detention Detention Hota Hai?

@indiantweeter: SRK was carrying weapons of Mass destruction, DVD’s of RA.one and MNIK

@beeayeanoowhy: US Police takes Bollywood movies too seriously. Ever since SRK has said, “Don ko pakadna mushkil he nahi...” he’s been detained 3-4 times.
