Sharon Stone to play a mom in porn star biopic

Actor Sharon Stone has signed up to play the mother of porn star Linda Lovelace, in the upcoming biopic Lovelace.

The Basic Instinct star will portray the mother of the late US pornographic actress in the biopic that examines her turbulent relationship with husband Chuck Traynor, reports Contactmusic.

The film examines the relationship between Linda and Chuck, who steered his spouse into the adult movie industry, before she eventually quit and sought a divorce from her husband. While Mean Girls star Amanda Seyfried will play the supposed character, Peter Sarsgaard is believed to be playing her spouse in the movie. The film is being directed by Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman.
