Shahana Goswami, Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan's new fan!

Actress Shahana Goswami who’s just returned from a vacation has dived headlong into work. The actor who was away vacationing in Spain for a good one and a half months is now back to the Bollywood grind.

However, a surprise had been waiting for the actor on her return. Soon on her return, Shahana got a call from director Madhur Bhandarkar for a role in his much-talked about Heroine with actor Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan. After going through the script she gave a go ahead and it has been a week since she started shooting for it.

Besides having gotten the opportunity to work with Madhur, Shahana is most excited about sharing screen space with Ash. Though she had met her previously, this was the first time she had interacted and worked with her at such close quarters.

“Unlike her diva like aura that she has around her, she is quite a down to earth, soft spoken woman. I have met her earlier when she came for one of our outdoor schedules, but working with her is a different feeling all together. She is an absolute professional and helps her co-stars in whatever way she can. Also she is very real; with her what you see is what you get. It also helps that she is a lovely actor and a person. We have just started shooting for the film and I am looking forward to much more,” she says talking about Ash.

Besides this film, Shahana is also looking forward to her next release, Shah Rukh Khan’s Ra.One which sees her playing a videogame designer.
