Actress Kim Cattrall has revealed that playing man-eater Samantha Jones in 'Sex And The City' has made her dating 'difficult'

The 54-year-old actress admitted that her outspoken character in the film has had an effect on her own romantic life.

She also confirmed that she is out on the singles market and 'trying' to meet Mr Right.

"It's very difficult," the Daily Mail quoted her as saying on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.

When asked whether men would be intimidated with her character, " a little bit. Yeah," said Cattrall.

The actress appeared on the show to promote her new film 'Meet Monica Velour', which was released in the US on April 8.
