Sayali Bhagat is in love with Delhi

Actress Sayali Bhagat is just too enamoured by Delhi. The actress happened to visit the capital recently for a shoot and couldn’t stop admiring the city. In fact, she’s still singing its praises to one and all. “Winters in Delhi are so beautiful. I love being there at this time of the year,” says the former beauty queen.

Moreover, the actress’ newfound love for the city doesn’t stick to admiration alone. She is keen on buying some property there, perhaps because she plans to fly more often to the city. “I really want to buy a house in Delhi, I’m on the look out for a good deal,” reveals Bhagat. “However, it is no indication that I am looking to settle there permanently,” she adds before anyone jumps to conclusions.

The year seems to have started well for Bhagat, who has a couple of movies in her kitty this year. Her line-up of movies includes Rajdhani Express with Leander Paes, Shout opposite Rajneesh Duggal, and Naughtty@40 with Govinda.

The actress is also very excited about her role in Shout in which she plays a detective. “I love racy detective novels. They are very interesting and Sherlock Holmes is my all time favourite. In fact, that is one of the reasons as to why I was very kicked about playing a detective in this film for a change,” she exclaims. The actress reveals that she will soon be signing a film in which she plays the love interest of a six-year-old boy.

“I want to do a good mix of movies rather than stick to just one kind of films,” says Bhagat. She also wants to stay away from youth-oriented roles, something she is being offered a lot of late. Instead, she wants to bring in an element of variety to add to her portfolio. “I want to do some serious cinema,” asserts Bhagat who wants to keep up with cinematic trends.
