Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s creative Ash-piration

For many years now Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan have shared great vibes, both on and off the movie sets. Now, it looks like they are ready to take their bonding to an altogether new level.

Sanjay is seeking creative inputs for his new movie from Aishwarya. This comes as a surprise because Sanjay is known to be very possessive about all his projects and takes all creative decisions himself. He hardly consults anyone once the film goes on the floors.

A source says, “We are seeing a completely different side of Sanjay. He seeks Aishwarya’s advice all the time and discusses the film with her. Sanjay also asks Aishwarya to be present on the sets even when she does not have a scene. This is because the film-maker wants Aishwarya to give cues during filming and even discuss creative details. Sanjay has never done this all his life. It looks like Aishwarya has become his friend, philosopher and guide.”
The duo are shooting for Guzaarish that also stars Hrithik Roshan. Sanjay has been heard praising Aishwarya, her work and professional attitude in front of everyone on the sets as well as off it.

The source adds, “Whenever Sanjay makes an impromptu change in the screenplay or includes something, he consults Aishwarya. Her words really matter to him. He listens to her patiently before making any changes. Aishwarya has actually earned a lot of respect with her work. She is giving her 100 per cent for Sanjay. Even on Hrithik’s birthday when everyone partied till the wee hours, Aishwarya was the only one who reached the sets on time the next day for shooting.”
