Robert Pattinson worries getting ‘too old’ for new 'Twilight' sequels

Robert Pattinson has admitted that he fears he will be “too old” to star in another Twilight movie if author Stephenie Meyer ever decides to add a new installment to the hit series.

The 25-year-old hunk has portrayed vampire Edward Cullen in the movie adaptations of Meyer’s popular books since the first film hit cinemas in 2008.

Meyer has flirted with the idea of revisiting the characters in her vampire fantasy in the future, but if any additional novel get turned into a movie, the male heartthrob worries that he’ll look past his prime to star as the ever-youthful Cullen.

“I’d be curious what Stephenie would write, but I just think I’d probably be too old. I’m already too old. But yeah, it’d be kind of interesting,” the Saily Star quoted him as saying at a press conference at the Berlin Film Festival.
