Riya Sen booted out of a song

Bong beauty Riya Sen has allegedly rubbed the producers of her new film the wrong way when she didn’t offer them a date to shoot a song, according to sources. The director has now gone ahead and apparently changed the original script to ensure that there’s no scope for Riya to come back into the last schedule of the shooting (including a pending song).

“The film is called A Strange Love Story. It has been produced by Shohreh Seth and Suresh Bhagat. The film will introduce an actor called Eddie Seth and will see Riya Sen and Ashutosh Rana in lead roles along with Milind Gunaji, Yashpal Sharma and Raj Zutshi. The directors Tarique and Sahil Seth had sought Riya’s date for the last schedule of the shooting. It required her to shoot for a song which was key to the promotional strategy they had lined up. There were also certain patchworks that to be shot,” says the source. But Riya, according to the source, had kept them hanging for about a month and never reverted with the dates.

The directors got so tired of waiting that they decided to rework the original script to get Riya out of the picture completely. “The makers are very upset with Riya due to her unprofessional approach. They decided to picturise a song (called Reve sajna ankhiyon ke nede nede, sung by Sukhwinder Singh) and have also decided to go ahead and shoot without Riya. They have apparently used her pictures in the back ground with Eddie doing a hip-hop. It was an indoor shoot. According to the script, the song was originally supposed to be shot outdoors, capturing mountain hill tops as a backdrop. It was supposed to be a dream song with Eddie and Riya,” the source adds.

The film deals with a love triangle wherein Ashutosh will be seen playing a role of an obsessed cop madly in love with Riya.
