Actress Reese Witherspoon is not moving in with her agent and boyfriend Jim Toth.
The two have dated for four months but they haven't confirmed their relationship yet. They were reported to be living together under the same roof but a representative for the 34-year-old star says they are "not moving in," reports aceshowbiz.com.
Witherspoon was first romantically linked to Toth in February after splitting from actor Jake Gyllenhaal in late 2009.
